Jeremy Deputat says everything was ready for “Compton (Deluxe)” album, but Dre never released it

Back in 2015, Dr. Dre dropped star-studded Compton album, featuring Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, The Game, Anderson .Paak and more. The album debuted at No. 2 on the US Billboard 200, selling 295,000 album-equivalent units in its first week.

It looks like, the deluxe edition of the album was also ready but it never got released: “I photographed the packaging for Compton, we re-shot everything at night for the Deluxe version, which was never released unfortunately.” says photographer Jeremy Deputat. For more, check the video below:
