REPORT: Eminem is set to break attendance record in New Zealand too

After Eminem has shattered the attendance record in Melbourne, Australia with 81,000 fans at the MCG Stadium, his concert in Wellington, New Zealand, this weekend is expected to swell the city’s population to a one-day record. The capital will be the busiest it has ever been on a single day.

The last record was set in 2017 when about 20,000 Lions fans attended the All Blacks test match at Westpac Stadium. That record is set to be smashed this weekend, with 56% of the 45,000 attendees coming from outside the Wellington region.
