Vegan electronic musician who goes by the name Moby is preparing his second memoir, “Then It Fell Apart,” which is set to be released this spring, 20 years after the release of his album, “Play.”
The book serves as a follow-up to his bestseller 2016 memoir “Porcelain,” and is set to launch in May, 2019 in the United Kingdom and in June in the United States.
Based on to a press release, the book includes tales and stories that features David Bowie, Eminem, Madonna, Lou Reed and cameo featuring the president of the United States, Donald Trump.
Moby and Eminem didn’t have good relationship in the past. The tension began right after the 2001 Grammy awards when Moby said: “I support Eminem’s free speech and he is very good at what he does, but he’s also a misogynist, homophobic, racist and anti-Semite.”
Those words were followed by Eminem’s 2002 hit single “Without Me,” where Eminem raps: “Moby? You can get stomped by Obie. You thirty six year old bald-headed f**, b**w me. You do not know me, you are too old, let go. It is over, nobody listens to techno.”
Later on, Eminem and Moby had altercation at 2002 MTV Video Music Awards, where Eminem threatened to the musician: “That Moby girl. I will hit a man with glasses.”
Based on the information above, it’s interesting what tales and stories Moby has to tell about Eminem but we need to wait for Spring. Check the announcement of the book below:
