Eminem calls Joe Budden ‘backstabbing traitor’ on a new song “Lock It Up”

On “Lock It Up” from his new album, Eminem again teams up with Anderson .Paak. The two has earlier collaborated on “Medicine Man” from Dr. Dre’s Compton album. In addition, they have collaborated on “Freak”, which was featured briefly in Eminem’s movie Bodied but it was never released.

In the song, Eminem raps: “Tryna save at Kroger (Yeah) so why would I give a f**k about backstabbin’ Trader Joe for?” Referencing retail outlet named “Trader Joe’s.” However, this is also a diss towards Joe Budden. He’s calling Joe Budden a “backstabber” and a “traitor” (trader). Listen to it below:
