Joell Ortiz and Fred The Godson’s relationship dates back to the early days of super-lyrical Slaughterhouse. The two lyrical MCs have been jumping on songs together for quite often.

Back in 2015, they  released The Heatmakerz-produced track “Barbarians” under the name of King Kong and Godzilla, for Fred’s Contraband 2 mixtape. Then, in 2017, they unleashed their “Talk Dat” single and In 2019 Gorilla Glue is finally here.
