Boogie talks being homeless & freestyles over Eminem’s “The Way I Am” on Power 106

Boogie set down on Power 106 Los Angeles to talk about his new album “Everything’s For Sale” and details what it was like growing up homeless for seventy percent of his life.

“I just want people to see how creative we were and see that it has other stuff you need to do. It is really a crazy climate with music. It is albums coming out every week so you gotta find a way to stand out, this is to my upcoming artists. To the fans, to the consumers, I want them to see how honest I am and see the growth in my music.”

“I’d say that I have been homeless about seventy percent of my life. As a kid, my mother never had a spot. My mother did not get us an apartment until I was in high school. We was just always friend to friend. I remember 8th grade graduation, not being able to have a suit for graduation. Everybody dressed up, I am looking poop. That was my first time I was like, ‘I am really mad that we broke.’”

After 19:10 Boogie spits some bars over Eminem’s classic hit “The Way I Am”. And later sells fruits in the streets. Yes, everything’s for sale literally. Watch all of that below:
