List of Rappers Who Have Won an Oscar for “Best Original Song”

Traditionally, the Academy Awards do not give away Oscars to rappers, no matter what their contribution to the film industry. That changed first in 2003, when Eminem became the first ever hip-hop artist to take home the award for Best Original Song.
